Clothing Returns Policy

We at Face Of The Globe Ltd hope you are happy with your clothing purchase. However if there is a
problem with any goods ordered please refer to the our return policy belowReturns of Goods ~  Clothing OnlyPersonalised clothing items are non refundable and non returnable except in circumstances where you order was incorrectlt produced. Eg. if the incorrect product has been issued to you e.g. colour, size, garment etc, you are entitled to a full refund within 7 working day of taking delivery, subject to the conditions below;

•  If goods received are faulty, incorrect, mispelt or damaged please contact us as soon as you are aware of the problem. Please telephone 01424 307107 or email and we will be happy to help.
• If you require a refund, we will issue the refund upon receiving the returned goods.
• The costs involved with returning the goods is your responsibility.
• We will only issue a refund if the items returned are received by us in the same condition as sold including any packaging and labeling.
• All goods need to be accompanied with a covering letter stating reason for returns along with contact details and date purchased.
• Face Of The Globe Ltd highly recommend using a secure method of postage for your return as any loss or damage will be your responsibility.
• Face Of The Globe Ltd reserve the right to request to see the clothing in order to make a decision as to whether we will refund or replace the garment or if indeed the garment is defective at all.
• If goods are found to be defective and it is not possible to repair or replace the goods then a full refund
will be made including any postage cost you may have occurred.

Sponsorship Returns Policy

All sponsorship fees, both in part, full and deposits, are non refundable and non transferable.
Should you no longer be able to participate in any event for any reason, including national or international level, it is the responsibility of the contestant or legal guaridan if under 18, to refund any fees paid by a business sponsor.
It is the responsibility of the contestant/legal gudian, to ensure they meet all criteria both in terms of the rules of entry, terms and conditions, and availability for all levels of the competition, prior to making payment.
All deposits are non-refundable.

Ticket Refund Policy

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except in the case of the change of date in any event, resulting in the guest/s not being able to attend, in which case a full refund should be requested by contacting Face Of The Globe Ltd. Proof of purchase will be required. Refunds will be processed via the same form of payment of the original transaction.

Events Refund Policy

If you fail to attend any event, whether this be for training, rehearsals, interviews, grand final, live selection, casting, or any other arrangement by Face Of The Globe Ltd, any fees paid will be forfeited in full.

Third Party Companies

Any arrangement entered into with third party companies, for example, but not limited to, photographers, film crew, media, make up teams, sponsors or hairdressers, are entirely at your own discretion. It is the responsibility of the customer to research these independent organisations policies and any agreement made is between them and the third party company. Face Of The Globe Ltd are not responsible for any disagreements or service arrangements between the customer and third party companies, and any concerns must be made directly to these companies and not Face Of The Globe Ltd. Any arrangements made for charity events with third party companies are also under direct agreement between the customer and these companies. Neither Face Of The Globe Ltd nor it’s associated charities are liable for any arrangements made. Should a customer of Face Of The Globe Ltd undertaken any beauty services with our recommended supplies, it is the responsibility of the customer to discuss any health and medical conditions with the supplier directly and to ensure relevant insurances are in place.

Guest Bookings Returns Policy

Face Of The Globe strongly recommend taking out sufficient travel insurance at the point of booking for the international finals, both for contestants and accompanying guests. All fees are non refundable and non transferable. Should a contestant or any guest no longer be able to attend the competition(s) as a result of events outside of the control of Face Of The Globe Ltd, including, but not limited to; illness, change of heart, alternative commitments, non compliance of rules of entry, all funds will be forfeited and will not be refundable. It is advised to seek sufficient travel insurance cover and undertake claims directly with the provide where cover is applicable.

FORCE MAJEURE. We regret Face Of The Globe Ltd, and all associated parties and third party companies used as part of the full contestant and guest packages, cannot accept liability or cover costs of any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by Force Majeure. This includes any event in which we, or the supplier(s) of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions, natural or nuclear disaster, industrial dispute, governmental action, fire and all similar events outside our control.


PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS. As every guest booking is unique, your individual passport, visa and other immigration requirements, are your responsibility. We strongly advise you organised these with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates as early as possible. Face Of The Globe Ltd cannot accept any responsibility if you are unable to travel due to non-compliance with any passport, visa or immigration requirements. As passport and visa requirements vary between guests/contestants we advise all non-British citizens to check any entry requirements with the consulate of your holiday country prior to commiting to any booking. Please remember to consider any countries you may stop in en route and on your return. Any guests/contestants, travelling with any adult that is not their parent or legal guardian, we advuse to carry a letter of consent from the childs legal guardian/parent.
